Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via the help portal with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the machine in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tools to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

  Ship to xTool

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
